Engaging Youth

The Manitoba  First Nations Police Service is an active community member who works hard to develop community relationships and partners for those we serve. The MFNPS is involved in multiple initiatives that are designed to help our officers and staff the opportunity to engage and develop relations with our youth.

Community based programs such as the Aboriginal Shield Program, Hockey Academy, Sports Initiative, Sandy Bay Youth Corps, Lacrosse Program and the DOTC Program has been instrumental in  building trust with our youth and encouraging healthy lifestyles.

Learn more about our programs and how you can become involved as a participant or volunteer by clicking on the page of interest or by calling 204-856-5370
