Sgt. Devon Leblanc & Ceto

Sgt. Devon Leblanc has been a member of the Manitoba First Nations Police Service for 9 years. He has been a dog handler for the past 5 years and Devon has been fortunate to have trained and work with 2 dogs in his career.

Ceto is a general-purpose canine, trained in tracking, suspect apprehension, narcotics, as well as article and firearm searches. Ceto and Sgt. Leblanc are often deployed on high risk calls for service and search warrants.
