The transition from your existing provider to the MFNPS will require a progressive timeline that ensures the following objectives are achieved:
- Assessment of community needs and issues
- Expansion of MFNPS staffing to fulfill detachment requirements
- Preparation of detachment office
- Expansion of MFNPS infrastructure to support detachment technology and operational needs
- Orientation of MFNPS officers with the community
- Formal cutover of policing services from your existing provider to the MFNPS
