Home Invasion with Firearms leads to search warrant and arrest warrant

On May 2, 2026, at approximately 5:20pm, the Manitoba First Nations Police Service in Opaskwayak Cree Nation received a call that two adult males were attempting to enter a residence on Jebb’s Drive. It was indicated that the suspects had firearms in their possession and were wearing masks to disguise their identity. Officers immediately responded and learned that the suspects had fled in a vehicle. They did not gain access to the residence, which was occupied by an adult female and two youths. There were no reported injuries.


As the investigation continued, officers identified the suspects and an associated address at a multi-dwelling unit, located in The Pas. On May 7, at approximately 10:00am, a firearm search warrant was executed in The Pas with the assistance of local RCMP, the RCMP Emergency Response Team (ERT), and MFNPS patrol members. An adult male and female were located in the residence and arrested without issue. These individuals were not the suspects of the home invasion incident.


A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of numerous replica handguns, a disassembled firearm, a quantity of unknown and unmarked pills, weapons, a high-capacity magazine (prohibited device), and other drug paraphernalia and gang-related items. 


Dallas Gene CAMPBELL, 32, of Moose Lake, has been remanded into custody with the following charges:


• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Opiods

• Possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition without licence

• Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

• Possession of a weapon contrary to an order

• Possession of a firearm when knowing possession is unauthorized

• Possession of a prohibited weapon when knowing possession is unauthorized

• Possession of a firearm with tampered serial number


An adult female was arrested for an outstanding warrant for arrest and released from custody.


At approximately 2:00pm, MFNP members with the assistance of Moose Lake RCMP and ERT, attended to Moose Lake and located one of the suspects of the home invasion. The adult male was arrested at his residence without issue. 


Allan Gabriel CAMPBELL, 18, of Moose Lake, has been remanded into custody with the following charges:


• Breaking and entering with intent

• Using a firearm in the commission of an offence

• Disguised with intent to commit offence

• Commit offence for a criminal organization

• Unauthorized possession of a firearm

• Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

• Fail to comply with a Release Order


Police attempted to locate the second suspect however were unsuccessful. As a result, an arrest warrant was submitted and approved for Morgan Cree BLAIR, 34, of Winnipeg. He is wanted by Police and has been charged with:


• Breaking and entering with intent

• Using a firearm in the commission of an offence

• Disguised with intent to commit offence

• Commit offence for a criminal organization

• Unauthorized possession of a firearm

• Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

• Possession of a weapon contrary to an order
